The Digital Agri e-magazine is an independent and self-reliant publisher without any financial support from any external source. The payment received from the authors as submission fees is used to cover the operational cost and website maintenance of the e-magazine and e-newsletter. Since the articles submitted by the authors are required to be peer-reviewed and edited for publication, a nominal amount is collected from the authors.

Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholars (B.Sc./M.Sc.)
- Standard Publication Fee:399 INR per article submission.
- Collaborative Authorship:An additional fee of 100 INR is applied for each co-author.
Doctoral Scholars, Postgraduate Researchers (Ph.D., M.Tech, Project JRF)
- Single-Author Articles:399 INR per article submission.
- Multi-Author Articles: An additional 100 INR per co-author.
Research Associates, Faculty Members (Assistant Professors, Professors), Subject Matter Specialists (SMS), Teaching Assistants, and Scientists

Annual Membership Options :
Student & Doctoral Membership
- Eligibility: Available to B.Sc./M.Sc. students and Ph.D. Scholars.
- Membership Fee: 1499 INR per year.
- Privileges: Allows submission of up to 10 articles per year (one per issue) with a co-author fee of 100 INR per contributor.
Professional Membership
- Eligibility: For Research Associates, SMS, Teaching Assistants, Assistant Professors, Professors, and Scientists.
- Privileges: Permits up to 10 articles per year (one per issue), with a surcharge of 100 INR per co-author.
Senior Research & Academic Personnel from Government Institutions
- Fixed Fee for Four or More Authors: 599 INR, encompassing all co-authors with no additional charges.
Life Membership :
- Eligibility: Available to M.Sc. students and Ph.D. Scholars.
- Membership Fee: 5999 INR.
- Privileges: Grants Research Associates, SMS, Teaching Assistants, Assistant Professors, Professors, and Scientists would have the ability to publish up to 10 articles per year (one per issue) with a co-author surcharge of 100 INR per collaborator.
Editorial Board Membership :
- Membership Fee: 1999 INR.
- Eligibility: Senior Research Fellows, Research Associates, Teaching Assistants, Scientists, Professors, SMS, ADO, AEO, AO, and other qualified officials, per advisory board policies.

- Applications undergo rigorous evaluation by the screening committee, with final endorsement by the CEO.
